Terms of Service
Plain language, not a wall of boilerplate. Last updated September 23, 2026.
Who this is
Atomic Vending is operated by Domus Anguiana LLC, a California limited liability company in good standing, entity number B20250251346, verifiable in the California Secretary of State's business search. Everywhere in this document, "we," "us," and "Atomic Vending" mean Domus Anguiana LLC.
This website isn't an offer
Nothing on atomic-vending.com is a binding offer to place a machine, and submitting the request form doesn't create an agreement between us. A placement only becomes real once both sides sign our separate one-page walkthrough agreement, which spells out the address, the machine type, and the terms below in writing.
What it costs you
Nothing. We buy the equipment, cover freight and install, keep it stocked, and handle repairs, at no cost, deposit, or lease to the host. We don't offer a commission or revenue-share arrangement. This is free to the host, full stop.
Who owns the machine
Every machine, and everything in it, belongs to Atomic Vending at all times. You're hosting it, not buying, leasing, or taking title to it. If a machine is damaged, vandalized, or stolen, that's our loss to carry, not something we'll bill you for.
Term and exit
Once installed, a machine stays a minimum of 30 days. From day 31 through day 90, either side can end the arrangement at any time, free of charge and without penalty. Written notice is enough, and we'll remove the machine without patching anything we didn't drill or alter. What happens after day 90 will be spelled out in the signed walkthrough agreement for your location. This website doesn't make a claim about it either way.
Insurance
We carry general liability coverage before any machine is plugged in at your property. A certificate of insurance and a W-9 are available on request, and we can name your entity as additional insured if your policy requires it.
Claw and amusement machines
Any claw or crane machine we place is set to a genuine, winnable strength, with the price to play and the prize contents posted on the machine. Under California Penal Code § 330b(f), a machine that's predominantly a game of skill isn't a slot machine, and we don't tighten a machine's payout in a way that would put that classification at risk. Local business license and amusement device permit requirements vary by city. Pulling and paying for those is our responsibility, not the host's.
